About
Attendance should be a record, not a chore.
Attend QR exists to make daily check-ins and check-outs simple to capture and simple to trust, so administrators spend their time on the people behind the numbers.
The problem
Manual attendance breaks in predictable ways.
Sign-in sheets do not add up
Paper registers and spreadsheets are easy to forget, hard to correct, and slow to summarize at the end of the month.
Shifts and leave live somewhere else
When expected hours and approved time off sit in separate tools, every absence needs a conversation to explain.
Reports take longer than the work
Turning a month of records into something management can read should take a date range, not an afternoon.
Mission
Make attendance simple enough that nobody has to think about it.
Employees scan and get on with their day. Administrators open a dashboard that already has the answer. Approvers see leave requests where they can act on them. Reports come out as a PDF for whichever dates you choose.
That is the whole product, and we would rather do it precisely than add features the product cannot yet stand behind.
What we focus on
Three commitments.
Simple capture
A phone scan of an attendance QR code, or the supported ID-card and Attend QR device workflow. Manual marking stays with authorized administrators.
Clear administration
Users, shifts, holidays, and leave approvals in one admin area, with a dashboard that shows the day at a glance.
Honest scope
Attend QR records attendance, shifts, and leave, and generates PDF reports. It does not claim to do payroll, biometrics, or location tracking.
What Attend QR deliberately leaves out
So you can evaluate the product against what it actually does.
- Salary management is planned and marked Coming soon wherever it appears.
- No biometric attendance, GPS tracking, or geofencing.
- No student-specific features such as class rosters or timetables.
- No third-party integrations or public API are offered today.
See whether it fits.
